Short Stuff #1 Review

Short stuff #1 is a classic autoflowering plant that flowers fast and is ready in amazingly short 70 days. Experienced growers will like this plants heritage from William’s Wonder and Northern Lights No 2 that makes this plant a masterpiece strain and if you know those two mother plants then you know how good this strain should be! This small flowering plant is created by Short Stuff Seeds and is bread somewhere in Spain and it has been created to be just like the original Lowryder but with more potency and more bud production.

This Short Stuff #1 grows very easily and you don’t need any experience to grow this strain and because of this many beginner growers will love this plant. And  because of that low profile this Short Stuff Seeds auto-Strain can be cultivated it almost any conditions ,spaces and environments.  But also because of that short profile you can’t expect very big yield but a decent 14-36 g harvest is not bad for such a short amount of time for a small plant like this. Short Stuff seed company says that females start flowering at day 20 but males at day 17 so you will be able to tell them easily apart and you can eliminate males or collect pollen for seed production. And because this is a regular strain you will be able to cross breed this autoflower with other plants and create your own autoflowering seed collection! Short Stuff #1 is quite a good strain but if you are growing with CFL lights you can’t expect those 30 grams and you will most likely get around 10 grams dry bud mass  from each plant but if you use T5 or LED lights then a 20 or 30 gram harvest is possible.  After these amazing plant start flowering it is not too long till the harvest because they can be ready in two months or about 60 to 70 days and for cannabis this is a really small amount of time. As for the nutrients you can easily wait for the first flowers and start on flowering ones as for those first 20 days this plant will survive on its own and this also decreases the involvement from your side.

As you grow out your plant and see that half of the trichomes have changed color to amber or cloudy then you need to harvest and cure it and as you harvest you will smell a distinct THC smell that resembles some skunk strain but is not too bad!  For a small plant Short stuff #1 is quite potent and you can really taste that strong THC content and it will definitely get you high but of course it is not as potent as Indica or Sativa dominant seeds. But despite those autoflower genes you get a good stone and as an autoflower it also has a Medium CBD content so  you can use it for medical purposes as well. As you light up your joint or ingest a vapor full of this strains active ingredients you will feel the effect quite fast and within 5 to 10 minutes you will feel the strongest high feeling but it won’t be overpowering and you will still be able to do things. This Short Stuff #1 is not a Sativa dominant strain so you won’t have that uplifting euphoria. The smell of those buds and the smoke  is somewhat earthy and skunky but you do get some small amount of mint in the mix and overall a pleasant smoke and high.

This strain is made for small grows and it is basically a single-cola strain that stays under a 30 cm height so you can grow it anywhere.
